The catalogue
Five practice courses.
Each one states its teaching hours, its full syllabus and who it is not for before you are asked for anything. None of them is open for enrolment yet.
No course has a date or a price yet. When one does, it appears on the course page as one GST-inclusive figure with the price per teaching hour.
Run an arbitration from the clause to the award
Arbitration Practice: Domestic and International
Arbitration
You leave with: Draft an arbitration agreement free of the seat/venue and institution ambiguities that commonly make a clause pathological.
40 hours
For: Litigators · in-house counsel · disputes associates
Not for: Anyone whose need is drafting the underlying commercial contract itself, arbitration clause included — that is “Commercial Contract Drafting and Negotiation”; this course starts once a dispute is live or imminent.
Draft and negotiate a commercial contract from a term sheet
Commercial Contract Drafting and Negotiation
Commercial contracts
You leave with: Draft a sale-of-goods or services agreement from a one-page term sheet without a template crutch.
48 hours
For: In-house counsel · transactional litigators · corporate associates
Not for: Anyone whose immediate need is M&A or investment documentation — that is covered end to end in “Corporate Transactions: Due Diligence, M&A and Investment Documentation.”
Run due diligence and draft the deal documents
Corporate Transactions: Due Diligence, M&A and Investment Documentation
Corporate transactions
You leave with: Build a due-diligence checklist and data-room index for a given target-company fact pattern.
44 hours
For: Corporate associates · in-house counsel · company secretaries
Not for: Anyone whose need is the underlying commercial contracts a target company runs on — vendor, licensing, service agreements — rather than the transaction documents themselves; see “Commercial Contract Drafting and Negotiation.”
Build a DPDP Act compliance programme
Data Protection Practice under the DPDP Act and Rules
Data protection
You leave with: Build a DPDP compliance timeline for a named organisation against the Act’s and Rules’ actual dates.
36 hours
For: In-house counsel · privacy consultants · corporate lawyers
Not for: Anyone whose need is data-breach litigation or regulatory-enforcement defence strategy — this is a compliance-build course, not a disputes course.
Handle workplace compliance from hiring to exit
Employment Law and Workplace Compliance
Employment law
You leave with: Draft an employment contract with an India-enforceable restrictive-covenant clause.
32 hours
For: HR professionals · in-house counsel · employment litigators
Not for: Anyone whose need is a specific commercial or transactional contract — vendor, licensing, SHA — those are covered in “Commercial Contract Drafting and Negotiation” and “Corporate Transactions,” not here.

What happens next: we reply by e-mail. No sales call unless you ask for one.
Three things you can hold us to
We have taught nobody yet, so we have no testimonials and will not manufacture any. These are the substitute: three promises you can check, each published in full and each enforceable against us.
Priced in the open
When a price is set it appears on the course page as one GST-inclusive figure, with the tax broken out and the price per teaching hour printed beside it. We do not quote prices on a call, and there is no price you get only by asking. We print a per-teaching-hour rate so you can compare us with anyone.
A refund with a clock on it
Cancel before your cohort starts, or after only its first class if you tell us before the second begins, and you are refunded everything you paid, including the tax, with no administration fee and no reason required. The clock stops the moment you tell us. After that, you get a full refund if we cancel, change or misdescribe what you bought.
You may criticise us in public
A written undertaking never to sue, threaten, send a takedown notice about, or gag anyone who criticises us — including criticism that is unfair or simply wrong. And the other half of it: we do not buy, write, solicit selectively, or delete reviews.
