About

Who we are

VidhiGurukul teaches practical Indian law, live and in dated cohorts, to lawyers, law students and people who use the law at work: HR, compliance, company secretaries, procurement and founders. No law degree required. It is a new operation: this site is published before the first cohort runs so that our terms are in force from the first rupee rather than written after the first dispute.

The selling entity

The same organisation publishes Vidhipandit.com.

A named person, reachable today

Every complaint filed through the Grievance page is issued a ticket number, acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month, under Rule 4(5) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

What we do not claim

No placement. No salary figure. No recognition, accreditation, affiliation, approval or “in association with”. No guarantee of any outcome, expressed or hinted at.

Not because we are being modest. Because those claims are usually untrue, and in India making them is unlawful. A private course in legal practice cannot be approved by the UGC or the Bar Council of India, so there is no approval to obtain and none that could honestly be claimed — our Terms say so at length.

We also publish no testimonials, no student count and no institutional logos, for the simplest reason available: we have not taught anybody yet. Every course on this site is scheduled, not delivered.

Here is what we promise instead: the three commitments above, each of which you can check and hold us to.
